The key rules for staying, safety, and using the house before arrival.

Last updated

July 1, 2026. These rules are part of the agreed stay terms for the private SeaLine Odessa house.

Number of guests

The house accommodates up to 8 guests. The actual number of people staying or visiting the property must match the agreement in messenger. Transferring use of the house to third parties without agreement is prohibited.

Children

Stays with children are allowed, with no age restriction. Children under 5 are not counted as paying guests, but they should be mentioned before arrival so the house can be prepared properly. Cots and extra beds are not provided.

Pets

Pets may stay without extra charge after prior agreement. We accept only smooth-coated pets. The guest is responsible for pet behavior, cleanliness, safety of others, and any property damage.

Arrival and departure

The usual arrival window is 14:00–16:00, and departure is around 11:00–11:30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early arrival and late departure depend on the calendar and preparation time.

Keys are handed over on arrival. Documents are not collected through the website; if needed, identity verification may take place on arrival according to law and agreed terms.

Quiet hours, parties, and visitors

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Parties, loud events, additional visitors, or commercial shoots are allowed only after prior written agreement.

Smoking and fire safety

Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property except inside the house — the yard, terrace, balcony, and other open areas are fine. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Please do not leave open fire, the barbecue, electrical appliances, candles, or other elevated-risk sources unattended.

Private SPA

Private SPA is an optional service with a fixed price for the entire stay. Once added to the booking, guests use it independently in their own rhythm — with no hourly charges, schedule, or staff on site.

The guest uses Private SPA carefully, without glass, jumping, or adjusting equipment, lighting, or heating systems. Children use Private SPA only under adult supervision.

If the guest has medical contraindications, the guest is responsible for assessing whether Private SPA use is appropriate. If discomfort or malfunction occurs, use must stop immediately and the owner must be informed.

Property and cleanliness

The guest must use the house, furniture, appliances, tableware, textiles, yard, parking, and outdoor area carefully. Actions that create a risk of damage to the house, property, utilities, grounds, or people’s safety are not allowed. Damage, loss, breakdown, accident, fire, leak, or any other dangerous situation must be reported to the owner immediately.

Responsibility for property

If, through the fault of the guest, people staying or visiting with them, or pets, the house, furniture, appliances, grounds, decorative elements, Private SPA, keys, or other property are damaged or soiled beyond ordinary use, the guest reimburses the actual damage caused within the confirmed amount and applicable law.

The parties record the situation, describe the damage, and agree how it will be resolved. The reimbursement amount is based on documented costs of repair, cleaning, restoration, or replacement, taking ordinary wear and tear into account. Penalties without actual damage are not applied.

The property's condition may be recorded through photos or videos before and after the stay, messenger communication, an inspection note, or another written description of the damage. Lost keys, malfunctions, or damage should be reported immediately.

Guest responsibility

The guest is responsible for their own actions, the actions of people staying or visiting with them, and damage caused to property, neighbors, or third parties through their fault.

Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for providing the agreed stay within confirmed terms. The owner is not responsible for disruptions of third-party services, external networks, mobile operators, banks, or messengers when such disruptions are outside the owner's control.

Departure

Before departure, the guest returns the keys, leaves the house in reasonable condition, turns off water, lights, and appliances, and reports any issues noticed during the stay.
