Booking terms
A simple guide to prepayment, date changes, and cancellation without heavy wording.

An inquiry via the website or messenger does not create a booking by itself. A direct booking arises after the key terms are confirmed in writing in Telegram or WhatsApp and the dates are reserved through the fixed $45 prepayment. The prepayment counts toward the stay; after it is confirmed, the selected dates are closed to other direct inquiries. We do not take a security deposit.

The same scale applies if the guest does not cancel in writing but does not arrive on the agreed dates (no-show). If a refund is due under the agreed terms, we initiate it promptly after confirmation. The time it takes for funds to reach the guest depends on the bank and payment service. When a refund is due, it is paid to the guest’s bank card. These windows apply to the direct SeaLine prepayment and do not remove consumer rights provided by law.

Where possible, we may offer to move the stay to another available period. Any date change is subject to availability and separate agreement in messenger; a move is not guaranteed. If arrival is not possible due to circumstances outside the parties’ reasonable control (including the security situation or travel restrictions), we initiate a refund of the prepayment to the guest’s bank card or agree a move to an available period, as agreed in writing.

Submitting the form or a message is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Before prepayment, the dates, guest count, full price, cancellation terms, and payment method (IBAN, card transfer, or cash) are agreed in writing in the messenger. The website does not take online payments.

These terms apply only to direct SeaLine bookings. For bookings made through Booking.com, the terms shown on Booking.com at the time of that booking apply.
