How are the sleeping arrangements organised?
The house has three separate bedrooms and an additional sleeping space in the living room. Two bedrooms have double beds; the third bedroom and the living room have sofa beds.
Will the entire house and yard be only for our group?
Yes. The house, kitchen, balcony, and yard belong to your group alone — with no other guests on the property.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Same-day booking is unavailable — the earliest arrival is from the following day.
